What is your Lifetime Guarantee?
You may return your cufflinks anytime you wish. Just contact me and I will arrange shipping for your cufflinks to be returned to me. When I receive them I will issue you a full refund. No questions asked - absolutely no time limit. If you have any suggestions for improvements in my products or service I would certainly appreciate those.

How do I return a purchase?
Contact me and I will arrange for return shipping; when I receive your return I will issue a full refund.

How can I check the shipping status of my order?
I will e-mail you the UPS tracking number of your order and you can enter this tracking number at the UPS site at: www.ups.com.

Yes - I ensure that every online transaction meets the highest current standards of Internet privacy and security by using PayPal.

What is your privacy policy?
I do not and will not give your personal information to any third parties. I use your information only to fill your order and for customer communication in filling that order, customer support, and promotional purposes between me and my customers. Please see my Privacy Page.

What are your shipping polices?
I offer free regular UPS shipping within the continental US. For overnight or rush shipping within the continental US a fee of $15.00 shipping & handling is charged. Outside the continental US shipping charges are figured on a case by case basis. UPS does not delivery to PO Boxes.

How do I make a purchase?
Click on any "Add to Cart" button next to any item your would like to purchase. This adds the item to the PayPal shopping cart. You can then Click on "continue shopping" or "checkout." When you click on "checkout" PayPal walks you through finalizing your order.
